NOtick Documenting, tracing and evaluating preliminary steps in increasing fares (EBE) 'Blind' passengers, or those travelling without a ticket, are expensive for transport enterprises, due both to the loss of revenue and to the administrative processes entailed. Using NOtick, which Hamburg-Consult developed, processing EBE cases can be standardised and stream-lined in transport enterprises. NOtick markedly minimises bureaucracy. Aided by an analysis function, ticket controlling can be planned more efficiently.
